One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its location in a newly developed area, which offered a sense of safety compared to the bustling old town. The hotel's proximity to the Blue Gate, just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away, made exploring the enchanting attractions of Fes, such as the leather dying factory, serene sanctuaries, and vibrant markets, a breeze. Although the winter weather prevented me from enjoying the swimming pool, I was captivated by the picturesque garden view and the relaxing ambiance of the balcony. The room itself was spacious and provided ample comfort for two people. Overall, Hotel Volubilis provided a convenient, comfortable, and visually pleasing experience, making my stay in Fes truly memorable.

The hotel has very good location 5 minutes walking to Burg Fes Mall and near to the old city , staff at the Reception very friendly (Ms Hanan) also at the main restaurant, food whatever for Breakfast or Dinner are very good and enough, don’t like to forget the Housekeeping ladies are excellent, but the hotel now under maintenance for the rooms and some outlets I can give this hotel 6 - 7 from 10

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

They accommodated our every request we had asked for Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

My husband and I only had one night in Fes on our honeymoon, but it was very memorable thanks to Riad Fes Baraka. The riad itself is beautiful and clean, and our room (the Berbère suite) was cozy and quiet despite being right next to the pool and courtyard. What especially made our stay great was Samir's hospitality. He welcomed us with incredible Moroccan mint tea, organized a medina guide for us last minute, and went above and beyond when we asked him to take a few photos of us in the riad. We were sad to leave so soon, and would definitely stay here again should we make it back to Fes in the future.

The 14th century house, the building itself is very beautiful and amazing. Breakfast is on the top of the building, the scenery is great, and you can see a large area of medina. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method. The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast.

The hotel itself is really beautiful, the official website said that the 13XX Pasha Palace was refurbished and refurbished. The hotel is located in the old town and is convenient to wherever you go. But the Old City is harder to find, so you must not miss the sign on the wall when you walk! Finally, in a digression, I encountered a small gangster who forced the way to lead money in the alley. Palais d'Hotes is a beautiful Riad (hotel with garden area and indoor pool) and lovely rooms (all suites) located in the Medina in Fes. We stayed for three nights. The staff were very service focused and ensured that we lacked nothing. A somewhat limited but good breakfast was served on a rooftop terrace, with eggs, breads, teas, and coffees all available. Guests order breakfast the night before, and it can be served in your room or on the terrace. On our last day, we departed before breakfast hours, and they packed us a to-go breakfast box. The Medina in Fes is very complex and easy to get lost in - the roads meander and cellphone GPS is not always reliable. The staff took great effort in ensuring that we did not get lost. One of the staff even walked with us to a restaurant we wanted to try in order to ensure that we knew the way. We really enjoyed our stay in Fes, and the Palais d'Hotes Suites was a very authentic experience. I would definitely stay here again.
