Upon arrival had problems with TV but problem was fixed within two minutes. Also had problems with getting in the room due to bad key lock but again got fixed very quick. Cleaning staff and maintenance was very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great looking hotel only issue we had was the water in the shower the first night had no pressure and the next day the shower water was freezing cold. Tried everything to get warm water but never did get the warm water out of the shower.

Excellent service, care, delicious food, very recommended for family trip, the only thing I can recommend to the hotel is to have a little more waste boats, I used bags to go accumulating my waste, But it would be convenient for them to have a little more ships for waste storage. All was great, we enjoyed a lot of all the services of the hotel.
