A very nice journey in Euskadi gastronomy. Good reading of products and precision of tastes. For 6 degustation menus it could have been of advantage to propose a glass of local wine well suited with each plate, instead of a basic choice between one red or white bottle of wine. If joining with electric car, ask the front desk to switch on the car chargers first!

The upstairs area is so cozy, perfect for catching up with friends. The fireplace is a nice touch!
