The bean and cheese burrito is huge. The homemade tortilla is the star, soft and fresh. The red salsa has a solid kick that works with the beans. It's a very filling meal.

Our server was so patient with the kids, and her ghost stories were a hit!

Stumbled on this food truck in La Junta. The breakfast burrito was massive and so flavorful. Just hit the spot.

The food here is solid, especially for the price. Got the breakfast skillet and it was huge, definitely enough for two. The building is old and has character, but honestly, I'm just happy I left full without spending a fortune.

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito. The roasted red pepper salsa was a nice touch. Sat out back on the patio, pretty chill spot for a morning bite.

Been coming here for years. As someone in a wheelchair, I really appreciate how they've set things up. Plenty of room to get around, and the tables are the right height. Staff gets it, no fuss. Makes a difference.

The portions here are huge, especially for Boulder. I got the chicken parm and could barely finish half. Prices felt fair for what you get.

The smothered beef burrito is a beast, and their house lager was the perfect, simple pairing. No frills, just good.

French dip was a real surprise for a gift shop cafe. Their house red was a nice, simple pairing for it. Fries needed a bit more salt.

The meatballs as a starter were the best part. Really packed with flavor. Had a lemon-cello whisky sour with it, solid drink.

Steak and eggs were cooked right, but honestly, the portion felt a bit small for the price. I was still a little hungry after. The server was nice, though.

Solid spot for a casual dinner with friends. The salmon was a nice surprise, really fresh and cooked just right. We shared a few plates and the vibe was perfect for catching up.

Bridget the manager was super helpful walking us through the menu. The Taco Tuesday deal is solid, especially for the portion sizes. Got the al pastor and it was piled high. Clean spot, easy parking.

This place is my go-to for a solid sandwich. The Summit is the one I always get - the warm Brie melting into the ham and that tangy cranberry chutney is just 🤌. It’s a simple, tasty lunch that hits the spot every time.

The staff was so kind on a packed Friday. They were attentive but never made us feel hurried, which I appreciated. It’s nice when a busy kitchen still takes time to be considerate.

The salmon toast was so good! Really fresh with that citrusy salad. My friend got the breakfast burrito and it was massive, we were stuffed. Perfect spot for a chill weekend brunch with the girls.

The bar area is so cozy with those leather booths and warm lighting. I ended up trying a couple of their bourbons and a house cocktail, just relaxing there for a good while. Really liked the vibe.

The restaurant was really busy when we went, but the food was just as good as always. The staff kept things moving smoothly, so the wait wasn't bad at all.

The remodel of Mineral 1886 really enhanced the dining experience. The food was delightful, especially the ravioli, and the service was top-notch.

I had a fantastic experience with the service here! My server, Brin, was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit.
