The green chile here is a must-try. Got it hot and it had so much flavor, really made my breakfast. They have mild and medium too.

The oysters were fresh and well-prepared. Service was pretty good, though the place got a bit loud later in the evening.

The chicken pot pie soup is so good, I keep coming back. The fresh, warm bread on the side is perfect for dipping with friends. We always end up sharing an extra basket.

The baristas here know their stuff. I'm a fan of their single-origin pour-overs, and the pastries are baked fresh daily. That breakfast burrito is a solid start to the morning.

The bison burger was a lot. The bleu cheese and onion straws were great, but honestly, the bacon was a bit too much for me. Still, it hit the spot.

The staff handled the rush really well. Our food was hot and came out fast.

The margarita flight is a fun idea for trying new flavors. I was happy to see they offer a non-alcoholic version too. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell the juices were real. A nice option for someone like me who's watching their intake but still wants to enjoy the experience.

Had our anniversary dinner here. Chey was super attentive, remembered our names and made the whole evening feel really personal. The attention to detail is what makes this place a favorite for us.

The broiled oysters were so good, had to order a second round. Filet mignon was cooked just right. Service was on point – they noticed a mix-up with our sides before we even did and fixed it fast. Solid spot.

The staff here is pretty good. They're friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Felt welcome as a first-timer. Service was smooth, though things got a little slow when they got busy.

Been coming here for years. The dairy-free cheese is the real deal, and they don't skimp on the veggie toppings. My usual custom pie is always ready fast. Solid spot for a quick, no-fuss meal.

The French toast here is just right. Not dry at all, but it doesn't get soggy either. It's exactly how a classic French toast should be.

The counter service was so friendly, and the space felt clean and welcoming. I really appreciated how comfortable the atmosphere was—it made for a relaxed, easy lunch. The staff was helpful without being overbearing. A nice spot for a quiet meal.

The NY slices are legit, huge and with a great crust. The bottom gets a nice char, but it can get a little floppy from all the cheese.

Been coming here for years, and the drinks are always solid. They've got Orion on tap, and I usually grab a glass of their organic plum wine. It just works with the food. The sake list is pretty decent too. Keeps me coming back.

Came for the bison burger. It was cooked just right, super tender. The fries were fresh, couldn't stop eating them. Honestly, for the price, the portion felt a bit small. Still tasty though.

Loved the outdoor patio surrounded by flowers. The tandoori chicken masala had a nice smoky flavor, and the garlic cheese naan was perfectly warm and soft. A really peaceful spot for dinner.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always on point. Our server tonight remembered my usual order, and his suggestions were spot on. That kind of attention keeps me coming back.

The soup was the standout. They offered a sample before ordering, which was a nice touch. It had a deep, savory flavor with just the right amount of spice. The broth was rich and comforting.

Been coming here for years. The refried beans are a solid choice for vegetarians, always taste like they've been simmering for hours. A real neighborhood spot.

Solid spot for a quick lunch. They've got a few veggie tacos which is nice when you're with someone who doesn't eat meat. Got my order in and out fast.

I've been coming here for years, and the staff always remembers my usual order. It's that kind of personal touch that makes it feel like a real neighborhood spot. The atmosphere is just so warm and welcoming.

The Slopper is a Pueblo classic. Their green chile is really good, and I always get a bowl on the side.

The chicken fried steak was cooked perfectly. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted.

Breakfast burrito came out quick and was a solid choice. Staff was really friendly too.

Brooke was our server for breakfast. She has a really calm way about her. Took her time explaining the fresh ingredients in the seasonal fruit bowl, which I appreciated. Made the whole morning feel unhurried.

The gluten-free menu options are clearly marked, which is so helpful for my dietary needs. The ingredients tasted fresh and wholesome.

The cappuccino was good, but the cozy, quaint atmosphere is what really makes this place. Perfect for a quiet coffee.

As an East Coast transplant, this is the closest I've found to real NY-style thin crust out here. The crust is just right, and you can taste the quality in the simple toppings.

The poutine here is a standout. I really appreciated the tender short rib pieces they added. It's a heartier take on the classic, and the cheese curds were fresh. A nice, filling option.
