The bar staff really know their stuff. I enjoyed a flight of local whiskies, and they took the time to explain each one without making me feel rushed. A nice, relaxed spot for a quiet drink.

Stopped by for a road trip lunch. The sandwiches are huge for the price. Got the one with capicola and bacon. Bacon was still crispy hours later, which was a nice surprise. They threw in some paper plates for us too.

The patio view at sunset is unreal. Those mountains in the background? So peaceful. Just sat there with my drink for ages, totally forgot about my food for a minute. A bit windy though!

Solid beer selection here, including a few local brews. I went with the amber ale, and it paired nicely with my meal. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I was deciding.

Been coming here for years, and their chicken and waffles is still the reason. That black pepper maple syrup they do? It’s just the right kind of different. Keeps me coming back.

The lounge is a great spot to unwind with friends. Our server Will really knew the menu and steered us toward a fantastic bottle of wine. The relaxed pace was perfect for a long catch-up.

Union Burger with the fried egg was cooked just right. Fries were a good portion. Service stayed friendly even when they were slammed.

Cool spot for a date. The vibe is really unique, kind of industrial but still warm. We tried a couple of their house cocktails—the one with ginger was my favorite. Good place to just hang out and talk.

Happy hour is solid. Margaritas and guacamole are priced well. I've been back a few times for that.

As a celiac, finding a place that truly gets cross-contamination is huge. The staff here clearly understands the risks. I felt safe ordering dessert, which is rare for me. The flourless chocolate cake was a real treat.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. Grabbed a sandwich and sat outside. Food came out fast, which is key for me. The view is a nice bonus. Good for a casual bite.

These cookies are massive and baked fresh every day. Even the day-old ones they sometimes give out are still pretty good.

The homemade potato chips with blue cheese fondue are the only thing I think about here. The chips are super thin and crispy, and that warm, funky cheese sauce is perfect for dipping. I always get two orders. The fried chicken sandwich is fine, but it doesn't compare.

The smoked meats here are so good! A bit pricey, but perfect for when you want to splurge with friends. We shared the brisket and the portions were solid.

The Terere was so refreshing! I really appreciated that they had a local drink option. It paired perfectly with my meal, and I could tell the ingredients were fresh. A nice touch for someone who watches what they drink.

The server was so sweet with my kids. They made a big mess and she was just patient and kind, didn't make us feel rushed at all. Really appreciated that.

The crispy tuna roll was the star for me. The salmon was good, but that roll with the perfect crunch? Found a real sushi gem in Durango.

The atmosphere here is really cozy and intimate. It’s the kind of place where you can actually have a quiet conversation without shouting. The lighting is soft and the booths are comfortable.

The energy here is real. Came with a couple friends on a Friday and the place was buzzing. Just the right vibe for a fun dinner out.

The burger patty was cooked just right, juicy with a nice char. The bun held up well. Fries were crisp, not greasy. Solid spot for a straightforward meal.

The Beetvich sandwich is a solid vegan option. The seating was a bit cramped, but the flavors were good.

Perfect for takeout after a hike. The green curry fried rice is a staple—pretty good flavor, and they’re happy to adjust the spice. Portion was decent, though the rice was a touch dry this time.

Bartender's a pro. Grabbed a quick drink while waiting for our table. Cocktails are solid, and he's a chill guy to chat with. Good start to the meal.

The sea bass was cooked just right, and the sake list is huge. Perfect for sharing a bunch of small plates with friends. The lighting was a bit too bright for my taste, though.

First time trying Ethiopian food here. The owner was really nice and welcoming. The injera and stews were pretty good, a decent introduction. The place is small though, so it can feel a bit crowded.

I'm a regular for their espresso. Honestly, it's the best in Denver. Price is fair for the quality you get, and the portion is a proper shot. Keeps me coming back.

The garden is so peaceful, perfect for a slow meal. We tried the grilled octopus - super fresh and tender. The kitchen does take its time, but honestly, it let us just relax and chat.
