Solid pint of Guinness before heading to the Aviva — that's the main reason to stop in. It gets pretty packed on match days, but the staff are quick enough that you're not waiting ages. Seating's a bit tight once it fills up, but for a quick one it does the job.

The lamb chops were done just right, proper flavour in them. Service was grand, friendly enough without hovering. Place was busy when I popped in, but I still got my food in decent time. Not the cheapest spot in town, but you're paying for the quality. I'd say it's worth a look if you're in the area and fancy a decent feed.

Stopped by for a quick bite at the Jervis centre spot. Comfy chairs, decent vibe for a food court. Got the chicken burger, it did the job. Staff were sound, no hassle. Prices have crept up a bit, but sure, everywhere has. Fine if you need something fast without the fuss.

The lamb stew was the standout — tender, rich broth, proper Irish seasoning. Portion came up a bit small for what they charge, though. I'd have happily paid the same for a bigger bowl. That's the only gripe. The flavour itself did the job.

Buttermilk chicken burger was spot on—hot, crispy fries too. Bartender sorted me out quick. Worth the walk from the centre.

Gluten-free pasta was actually decent, which is rare. Staff knew their stuff when I asked about cross-contamination. Portions could be bigger for the price, but the meal itself was solid.

Been coming here on and off for a while now. Still does the job. Small spot, gets busy fast, so booking ahead is the way. Food's got that proper hearty feel but done nicely. Staff remember you, which is always a good sign. Not the cheapest, but you're paying for the consistency. That's why I keep going back.

I had an amazing experience at this Chinese restaurant! The food was delicious, especially the Mapo tofu, and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic flavors.

The Philly burger was proper good, loaded fries too. Came in for a quick lunch and it hit the spot. Place has that relaxed vibe, nothing fancy but you don't need it. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area again.

Alba was brilliant—knew the menu inside out and didn’t rush us once. Cocktails were spot on too. Only thing is the bill adds up quick, but you’re paying for that level of care.

If you're looking for a place with amazing burgers, Mad Egg is the spot! The flavors are balanced, and the service is top-notch, making it a perfect dining choice.

The alfajores are unreal—crumbly, rich, and not too sweet. That dulce de leche filling is spot on. Lovely little bakery, proper neighbourhood vibe.

Onigiri made fresh to order. Really good. Grabbed one as a snack while walking around Dublin. Simple and tasty.

Came here for a late lunch and barely made it before the 2pm cutoff. The place was still busy though, which says something. Had the fish and chips—batter was properly crispy, not greasy. Chips were decent too. Service was quick considering how packed it was. Just wish they stayed open a bit later, would've loved to come back for dinner.

Full Irish breakfast did the job - solid portion, decent price for what you get. Staff were quick and didn't fuss around. Handy spot if you're passing through and need something filling before heading off. No complaints really.

I had a fantastic brunch at Balfes! The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home.
