The pizza base is quite thin, the dough is chewy, and the various hams are authentic.

Disappointing Experience at Muse PenthouseWe had high expectations given the premium pricing and stunning location on the 65th floor, but the service and food quality fell short significantly. The evening was marked by repeated mistakes: an unwanted scallop dish arrived with our order, then a 10-15 minute wait with no sign of my partner&rsquo;s pasta. When I asked staff to warm my plate while we waited for hers to arrive so we could eat together, it disappeared for another 10 minutes. When both dishes finally arrived, my ribs were lukewarm and my partner&rsquo;s scallops were raw and inedible. At nearly 300 AUD for two mains, one side, and a bottle of wine, we expected better execution. The food itself was average at best, and the service coordination was poor. The language barrier made it difficult to voice concerns during the meal, so we simply gave up trying to get help. The views are undoubtedly spectacular, but views alone don&rsquo;t justify the cost or excuse the experience. There are far better options on the Bund for the price.
