# Rude restaurant owner/manager All of this hotel is amazing. The service, the hotel manager and the location and the facilities. Me and my friends love this place and enjoyed the time there❤️ ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞ He provided breakfast at a price higher than the official website price, and he also refused to acknowledge the price on the flyer posted on site. He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. I had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless — housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The location is convenient, with easy access to both the airport and downtown Dubai. What really stood out was the service: warm, professional, and always ready to help. The welcome cookie is a nice touch too! The hotel’s amenities are great — from the well-equipped gym to the pool area perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast offered a good variety with fresh options. Definitely recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and great value.

15mins on foot from the gold souq The breakfast venue is breathtakingly beautiful The door has a huge gap on the floor and sound proofness is not guaranteed. You can hear people talk and walk in the aisle The booking website shows me a bathtub which doesn't exist in my room Don't expect for Hyatt regency quality. This is an old building and offers a very normal service

1.when we check in say the room will be ready at 3pm but we sit at the lobby, maybe 1 1/2 hours,but no one tell me need so long time ,just say will be ready 2.when we are waiting the room ,our phones no more power,ask for the charger, the staff said in my room have 2 ,what they are talking about? 3.i ask for the staff who can speak Cantonese to help me ,they said sent to my room ,but I wait for maybe 2 hours also no one can help,I need to go to the lobby to get help, the security help me a lot, but the reception service is very bad 4.we want to keep the welcome card for Memories ,but we go down to have dinner buffet, and then we come back,we can’t find the card ,our luggages are tidy up by the house keeping ,I think they make it lost For the service 3star Hotel better than this we stay here for the honey moon,I think this hotel is the worst

This hotel is very famous and boasts a wealth of entertainment facilities, though the rooms themselves are just average. We booked a club room, and the service was generally good. While the facilities are somewhat dated, they are surprisingly well-maintained. However, room service response was quite slow. Overall, the value for money is mediocre. Its main advantage is its prime location in the heart of Palm Jumeirah. If you're not exclusively set on Atlantis, there are many other excellent family-friendly resorts to consider.

Excellent stay and the staff were amayzing….in particular Ayaz at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating

2nd time stay for me and February stay was very good indeed . But this time , because of changing plans , i try to early check in just for a shower for my appointment. Receptionist offer me 1 day money to pay , which is absurd. Not good attitude also , which is not acceptable in service sector. Hotel is a bit old , and you have to wait at breakfast queue. Parking is big enough, although its a bit confusing because apartments and hotel same parking.

Amazing stay & guests experiences we had as a family of 6 person spending 2 nights at this beautiful & elegant hotel with splendid city view of Burj Khalifa. Our daughter's room was specially decorated for her birthday surprise on the day of check-in. We will return for our stay in next visit to Dubai. Great memories here!

Ideally located and close to the airport. Comfortable bed. Loved the way this hotel given priorities to environmental sustainability. Everything was perfact except for 2 small thing. 1. Tea/ coffee making facility provided but no tea spoon provided. 2. Only 2 small bottle of water provided each day. In extreme heat 2 bottles is not sufficient.
