GGuest UserWe were not impressed, especially for the price. We've stayed at hotels that are similarly priced and expected much better.
To be fair, the hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice.
However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing.
The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part.
To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived.
So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.

JJiejie2005I don't need to say anything, just look at the detailed photos. It's truly spotless, and a foot bath is prepared every day. The hotel lobby offers thoughtful and polite service. The only thing I think could be upgraded is the hotel's towels, which are a bit old. My outfit for this trip was incredibly unfashionable, but none of the staff showed any signs of judging me by my appearance. Their service was professional, thorough, and enthusiastic – truly excellent. I will recommend this place to my friends.

The scenery is beautiful, and the geraniums blooming outside the hotel's Western restaurant really put me in a good mood! The warm greeting from the cleaning lady in the lobby made me feel like home. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the Yellow River. The breakfast was also hearty, and the bowl of Lanzhou ramen was especially satisfying! Overall, it was a pleasant trip, absolutely amazing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to travel to Dunhuang and I chose this hotel. I stayed for a week. It was really a plus for the trip. The hotel environment is clean and has a retro resort style. The layout of the room is elegant without losing the mood. The service is attentive and incomparable. Comfortable. There is no need to mention the details of the room. The service is particularly good. After cleaning, the room service staff will thoughtfully leave a greeting card. The front desk is also very good. Fruits and Dunhuang specialty preserved fruits are placed in the room. I have to say that the details are really warm. Heart. The hotel also has a restaurant. The dishes prepared by the chef are really good and very cost-effective. The mutton must be given a thumbs up👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe hot and cold water in the shower seemed to be flowing. It was obviously very embarrassing to have hot water coming out even though it was completely cold. It took a while for it to recover... The decoration is older, and the breakfast is average, but the small balcony is actually It's quite comfortable... What can I say? I hope the catering can be strengthened, and the bedding can be updated at once. It's really quite old... It's all a bit yellow...

The restaurant serves delicious Chinese food, and the breakfast is well-stocked, including ******* milk tea and homemade yogurt. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with clean streets. It's not far from the county center square and Huazang Temple, a 20-minute walk away. It was a very satisfying stay.

Especially the service, including breakfast ticket security, cleaning up the aunt, the uncle who helped us hold the umbrella, and the staff of the catering department. The service provided by everyone is simple and enthusiastic from the heart, which makes us particularly touched and impressed.
