The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

We arrived in Dunhuang at night, and the pick-up service arranged by the hotel was very heartwarming. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. You can see the beautiful scenery of Mingsha Mountain in the distance outside the window. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel like spring breeze. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and has a large viewing platform where you can enjoy the beautiful Dunhuang. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel also provides yogurt, mineral water and seasonal fruits. The hotel's service details are very attentive. The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. I had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun during my trip to Dunhuang. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

It's a great hostel! Really clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really nice. On top of that it is well located. I highly recommend this hostel. Highly recommended to everyone. We traveled to Dun Huang in early May (2024), and we feel grateful for all the kindness we got here. The hotel is very clean, and the service is super accommodating. They provide free pick-up from airport (or train station), so all you need is to call them one day ahead (the receptionist can speak English if you don't speak Chinese). Everyone will smile at you and ask what they can help you when we stay there. The location is brilliant too. It is like 1000 meters away from Ming Sha mountain, and you can actually see the sand mountain when you have breakfast at the hotel (it is free too). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Dun Huang next time.

The room is very clean and the decoration looks very comfortable! The facilities are also very good, with a fitness room. The room service is kind and basically meets all your needs. The room is very satisfactory, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and hygienic, the service staff is very enthusiastic and willing to provide various help. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and deserves a reward.

This was a great hotel for us! The room was quiet and comfortable. Even though they don’t have non-smoking rooms, they gave our room a treatment to remove any smoke odors, and we didn’t smell any smoke! However, sometimes we saw people smoking in the halls near the elevator doors which was unpleasant, or in the restaurant which was also unpleasant. But overall, it didn’t bother us. The breakfast was good except for the terrible coffee which did not even taste like coffee. The service is very good though, with friendly and kind staff. And they have very good clothes washing machines available to guests, for free. It was very helpful! I would stay here again.

The room is large and in an excellent location, opposite the exit square of the high-speed railway station, a 3-minute walk away. It is clean and sanitary, has air conditioning and heating, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, the restaurant serves light cuisine and is very adaptable. The auntie was very enthusiastic and gave us effective suggestions when she knew we were not feeling well. It is also very convenient to eat around. If you carpool to the attractions, the boarding location is also good and is within the range of door-to-door pick-up. Recommended stay!

The free pickup shuttle is from another company to sell trips to tourist areas. The show and the 5-location trip to the west of silk road areas were good. They lied a bit about the availability of taxis though.

Facilities: The parent-child room is very large. The shower position is a bit cold when taking a shower. I checked that the window is closed, but it is still a bit cold. The room is basically intelligently controlled. Just call ”Xiaodu”. Hygiene: Clean and tidy! Clean once a day. There are many stamps in the hotel lobby that can be knocked, you can play for a while, which is very interesting.

Very clean hostel and surprisingly quiet, I had very good night sleep without any need of earplugs. Great location within walking distance of city centre, XiGuan and the famous Zhongshan Bridge is just a stone's throw away. Would definitely go back to stay if I'm back to Lanzhou again.

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). The location is excellent, very close to the Yellow River, and there is a food street around, which is very convenient for eating, shopping and playing. The room facilities are very complete, the bed is big, the space is good, and it is clean and hygienic. The front desk customer service is very enthusiastic and can keep your things for free. There is heating, so it won't be cold. The only drawback is that the shower space is a bit small, can this be improved?

The three most important things when staying in a hotel are: cleanliness, quietness and a good shower. Decoration is just the icing on the cake, these three points must be met. But the hotel I stayed in was only clean. The soundproofing is so poor that I can hear my neighbors watching TV and talking clearly. Even worse was the toilet problem. I could hear the neighbor flushing his toilet, but the smart toilet in my own room flushed automatically in the middle of the night when no one was using it, like a **. When checking out, I met a lady who was also complaining to the waiter about this, saying that she couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. Speaking of showering, I've been staying in hotels for more than ten years and travel on business more than ten times a year, and I've never encountered such a bad one. The amount of hot water is very small and the water temperature is not high enough, so I can't wash at all. Also, the window in my room is still broken and can't be closed. It was a very cold day, and the cold wind kept blowing into the house, making it difficult to sleep at night. I really wonder why this hotel is rated so highly. I am posting this long review just to tell everyone the real situation. I hope you don’t fall into the trap. The experience is really terrible.

The hotel is just opposite Lanzhou West Railway Station. It is very convenient to travel. There are free pick-up and drop-off services. It is quite good. The waiters are very enthusiastic and polite. The invoices are all electronic. Please help to issue them and send them to me. The room has intelligent curtains and full-length windows. 🪟 The space is large. It is quite good to stay. Super convenient location when arriving late at the airport. Both as a overnight flight stay, and also before going to Lanzhou city! They have free airport shuttle! (In the mornings anyways). Which I managed to catch. Otherwise it is walkable to the airport at just 1 kilometer from the airport!

A little walk from the Lanzhou railway station. Room is spacious and clean. Self service laundry at ground floor, but only 1 unit washer/drier combined. It’s better to have separate washer and drier in order to free up space for next users.

Very happy with my stay. The reception is not located on the ground floor but staff make it very easy for you to find the elevators. The room was very clean and well maintained. All facets of the suite worked very well. The “Executive Lounge” is located in the lobby and contains a fair selection of Whiskeys and Wines. They leave you presents in the room, have all the free drinking water you need, free apples, just excellent welcome feeling. They go as far as pointing the shower head to the side everytime they clean the room so you don't get wet when you turn on the shower. More expensive and luxurios hotels have a lot to learn from these guys. Just excellent.

The room was nice, with a light aromatherapy smell. Maybe because it was a special offer room, the area was relatively small, but it was sufficient. Drinking water was provided free of charge. We were given four bottles of water on the first day, and five bottles on the second day. There was also hot tea at the entrance. The waiter in the lobby did not take the initiative to provide face coverings. It was when I went out the next day that I remembered to ask the front desk for it. There is a place to dry clothes on the fifth floor. I brushed my child’s shoes and put them on the fifth floor. They were dry in one day. It is very close to the night market, but I don’t like the environment of the night market. The prices are also expensive and there are only tourists from other places. The next day, I found a restaurant that the locals liked on the Internet and went there to eat braised pancakes. The grilled lamb chops and wild vegetables from Shazhou Mountain are especially delicious. The most surprising thing was that I found a particularly large supermarket. After visiting the night market, I thought I could go to the night market or roadside shops to buy things, but it turns out that there is such a large supermarket in Dunhuang. It is also very close to the hotel, only five minutes away, and it is inside a large shopping mall. Fruits are especially cheap; cut cantaloupe is only over four yuan. Unfortunately, it only opens at 8am. I signed up for a one-day tour and left too early to come and buy it.

The hardware is a bit simple and the elevator is a bit slow, but the hygiene is good, the linens are up to standard, and the shower water volume is particularly large. Breakfast was also ok. The decoration still has a bit of smell. My companions are quite sensitive and felt discomfort in their eyes and throats. Later we changed to a shady room where it was not so hot and the smell was not so obvious. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective.
