Generally happy but no response when phoning through to reception and room service. Went to the bar to order room service and was then told I'd have to pay £4 on my order as I hadn't spent £20. It doesn't mention this anywhere.

Not stayed here before but daughter has. Will stay again but look out for special offers. Swimming pool and gardens excellent. Major drawback was continuous piano music on a loop that we could hear in our bedroom and in palm restaurant. Nearby garden centre excellent. Dogs welcome and it was quiet at night

Very nice small hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, breakfast is about 6 pounds for one person, there is parking lot at the door, the stairs upstairs is a bit narrow, it seems that there is no elevator, we brought two big boxes to get the building fee Strength, the hotel is located next to the road, there is a little sound at night, but it does not affect sleep, in short, it is not bad!
