The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. In its current condition, it doesn't feel at all like a 4-star hotel, but rather a 2.5-star one (it's barely three). The staff, especially the front desk staff, were incredibly kind and courteous, moving us from our original room, which, being on the top floor, was incredibly shabby. They then gave us a room on the first floor, which was large, but with torn curtains and fixtures that apparently date back to the last century. On the other hand, the hotel is very centrally located, close to both the sea and the historic center. I wonder: why not renovate the hotel?

It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The palace is fabulous. Suite with fresh, wide, wonderful. This bed is very comfortable. Personal at the very professional and friendly reception. Breakfast in the bar is less than 50 metres from the fantastic hotel with excellent quality and unlimited products. Recommended

Location beau, normal room, a little small indeed . For time problems I couldn't enjoy the spa, because it closes at 20:00. Deceptive breakfast especially on horrible drinks , another negative note the garage costs 10 euros extra .

I met a GEKO just when I came in, but this was NOT a problem. The bathroom (in addition to the fact that it should be replaced with a DUCCIA) was repaired with ”cement”. The parquet (room and bathroom) was very sick, especially in the bathroom.
