1. **Transportation:** I arrived in Jeju around 9 PM. It took about two hours to get to the hotel by airport shuttle bus, as it's located in Seogwipo City, quite a distance from the airport. The return journey by bus was more direct, taking about 1.5 hours with fewer stops. There's a bus station nearby. It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to Seogwipo Olle Market.
2. **Environment:** I booked a sea view room, and it was absolutely fantastic, exceeding my expectations! I could see distant islands, the harbor, and even the school below, offering an excellent view.
3. **Service:** There were many staff members at the front desk who could communicate in English. They were all very friendly!
I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to explore the south and east parts of Jeju Island. It's away from the city center, quiet, boasts great scenery, and offers excellent value for money!
If I visit Seogwipo again, I'll definitely stay here. I've already recommended it to my friends.
Facilities: There's not much around here. Getting a taxi is difficult.
Hygiene: The room was clean.
Service: It's good enough that there was no discrimination.
Environment: The smoking area door in the lobby stinks terribly. I couldn't stand it every time I passed by.
There's not much to do in winter. Wouldn't really recommend it.

Well equipped studio apartment, with a nice sized balcony overlooking the sea. It was super clean, and the kitchenette had everything you need to make quick meals, ramen etc. it even had a rice cooker. The owners are so welcoming and greeted us with a nice smile and chat every time we came back to the hotel. The location is a little remote, with mainly hotels and accommodation, but there are a few restaurants (including an amazing Sushi restaurant in the same building) , convenience stores and bus stops on the doorstep.
I went there for the hot springs, and they were, of course, excellent. The location is also fantastic for sightseeing, with Bonte Museum, Bangju Church, and Biotopia nearby. Camellia Hill is just a 5-minute drive away, so I really got to relax amidst nature. The breakfast was also great value for money. I plan to go back with my friends. I even got to see a lot of stars at night, which was a nice change.
No service, general facilities, very good environment, very clean. The overall feeling is average, I used to play Honglong, barely live, it's okay, that's it, no extra feeling.

Do not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.

We enjoyed our stay! The host provided free bath bombs, handmade bar soap and it was really nice to use. The room looked clean and smelled pleasant, and it was quite spacious even with the jacuzzi. Would definitely consider staying here again next time!

The hotel is located in downtown Jeju Island, directly opposite the Shilla Duty Free Shop. There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, as well as a shuttle bus, but be sure to check the operating hours. The hotel lobby offers luggage storage, but you can only check in after 3 PM – that's an important point! The room size is decent, though the facilities are a bit old. Overall, it offers good value for money! They offer Chinese service at check-in and provide Olive Young discount coupons!
Around the hotel, you can find local Jeju delicacies like black pork, fried chicken, pork backbone soup, and abalone porridge. However, don't expect too much from the taste; none of it was particularly outstanding. A barbecue meal for two usually costs over 300 (Korean Won/Chinese Yuan, please specify if you know). There are several Olive Young stores nearby where you can get immediate tax refunds, which is quite convenient!
If you arrive at Jeju Airport on an early flight and don't know what to do, I suggest heading directly to Dongmun Market near the airport to kill some time. Seven Stars Street is also close by, with many sports brand stores!
Hotel was beautiful and they gave us a cake to celebrate our honeymoon - which was a nice touch. Room was big and spacious but try not to get the high floor rooms because the balcony tends to face the carpark. The lower floor rooms with balconies face inwards into the hotel’s courtyard.

The hotel is located 20mins away from Mt Hallasan. A good place to stay at after a long day of hiking, where we can soak in the jacuzzi that fits two pax. Kitchenware was provided for those who wishes to cook, and towels were hung outside the door if staying for more than one night.

DDayuangeFive-star review all around! The hotel's facilities are perfect. Even though the standard rooms aren't huge, they are clean and well-maintained. They have both indoor and outdoor pools, and the outdoor one is heated, so you can swim even in winter. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but it's really good.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room was very spacious.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and tidy.
Ambiance: Stayed on a high floor, around the 30s, and the night view was absolutely stunning!
Service: They understood Chinese, so communication was seamless. There's a dedicated Grand Hyatt counter right when you exit the arrival floor, and complimentary car service is available.

GGuest UserBooked and stayed here last minute, and even had breakfast. The facilities were clean and spacious, though the room temperature was a bit too high, so I remember opening the window to air it out before sleeping. I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you! The breakfast buffet was also decent, but I was a little disappointed there was no fruit. I wished there had been some tangerines! 🍊

Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel was a very comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the outdoor pool was heated, so even on colder days, it wasn't chilly. There was also a hot spring bath at 37-38 degrees Celsius, which left me feeling warm all over. The location was also great, right by the beach. The only downside was that during check-in, they only spoke English, not Chinese, and all the hotel signs were in Korean and English, without any Chinese, which was a bit inconvenient for Chinese guests.
