The hotel room is very clean and has tiled floors. Located in Gannibu, so I chose it because it is close to the airport Staff are cordial and polite The hotel service attitude is sincere, and they sent cakes and a box of chocolate in the room. The facilities are first-class, there is a large swimming pool and two medium-sized swimming pools, which is already very impressive There is a beach just outside the hotel, with an unbeatable sea view, very satisfactory! ! ! The bar on the beach serves really delicious chicken thighs! The brand is a chain, I will try another one if I have the chance!

The experience was very bad. I booked the hotel early, but when I arrived at the local hotel, I was told that there was no reservation information. A large group of people were waiting at the front desk. It was very bad. The entire communication was back and forth between three parties. What’s even more outrageous is that one of the bookings has no room. I never thought that a platform as big as Ctrip would make this mistake. Beruwala is hot this season and mosquitoes bite in the evening. The final solution is also terrible. I have never dared to do so again. Booked an overseas hotel on Ctrip.

Overall experience is good. But there is some areas need improving Since my reservation AI went for take my evening snack. As per mentioned went to Pinklobster outlet. Had to wait to find someone in that outlet. And I went to Reception and informed there is no one and they called. Again I went back and stay around 15min and one of the person cam and inform us there is snack in another location. Pool bar service is perfect In the evening there was no lights in out corridor and evening Wifi not worked in our room informed to reception and they help us to resolve the problem. In the restaurant plates are not in good condition. There is lots of scratch marks on the plate. (Black marks)

Stayed alone for 2 days. ➕ All the staff are friendly. Number of items on the breakfast buffet. Western food, Sri Lankan food, Indian food, so you won't get tired of it every day. There are two pools, so you don't have to be crowded. There was a gym and a daily program, and I participated in morning and evening training sessions, but since I was the only one there, I was given one-on-one instruction, which was really fun. The cleaners are very friendly. The room was spacious and I could hear the birds singing. Being able to see the sunset on the nearby beach every day. ➖ When I wanted to grab a few drinks and grab a bite to eat in the evening, the Italian restaurant was closed and when I tried to use the bar, there weren't many vegetarian or vegan options. Nothing around. The nearby beach has too high waves for swimming.

Clean, comfortable with nice view to the Indian Ocean. Very good gym with view to the ocean. Good massage service but very expensive. The breakfast was excellent. Good location in the city center, next to the USA embassy but very dark outside at night. Many restaurants around but the hotel has also excellent restaurants. The roof swimming pool has nice panoramic view but it was crowded.

I have to say that the room at Shangri-La is old. The whole ventilation system is problematic. The room smells very bad. The light is broken and not lit at all. I arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The guy at the front desk did not provide any service at all. He looked like he didn't care about anyone and didn't smile at all. The good thing is that the lobby is more grand. The breakfast is quite standard and not suitable for Chinese tastes. It is said to be a sea view room, but the sea view is not much

I got up in the morning and swam 800 meters, which is equivalent to four round trips. I chose this place as the first stop, on the one hand because it is close to the international airport, and on the other hand, of course, to experience Bawa's design!

Cinnamon Grand has a beautiful lobby with a welcoming cafe loaded with delicacies. The cafe is staffed with attentive staff and the snacks and cakes are delicious. I also tried their buffets featuring local delicacies, seafood and breakfast during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed their foods and service.
