Jack, the tourist guide was nice and friendly. He speaks well English and accompanied us through the trip. Basically he made a short introduction of the different places and let us enjoy independently. So if you're in Osaka and still want to visit shortly Kyoto and Nara in one day that's the perfect deal.★

We departed from Osaka at 8:30 AM, right on time. The driver's license plate number and contact information were posted in advance on their WeChat official account, along with detailed pictures of the meeting point, making it easy to find using navigation. The entire itinerary was very well-planned; we fed the deer, visited Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and smoothly took photos at Fushimi Inari Shrine. There were many beautiful women in kimonos along the way, and we even took some photos with them!★

I was very satisfied with the itinerary. It was a pity that due to the New Year holiday peak, we couldn't visit Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, but we were still able to explore Nara in depth. We are a family of 3 with a 4yo, we needed a transfer to Kyoto so we decided to book the day tour so we to move from Osaka to Kyoto with luggages at ease plus we get to go few locations at one go. The communication was a breeze with the chat button and customer service Bobo was very responsive. We initially wanted to book together with the Sagano romantic train but it was unavailable. Bobo has asked us to book on our own and the guide will wait for us. Everything was exactly as planned. All good 👍🏻.★

The tour guide was great, and the itinerary was well-planned; we saw most of the sights we wanted to see. I loved the atmosphere of Kyoto's old streets. As for the deer in Nara, I just wanted to say, "You guys had already eaten so much, weren't you worried about being stuffed?!" The service was excellent.
