The best trip I've ever been on. Everything was fine. The Taxi Boat departed at 9:50 instead of 10. It's worth arriving 20 minutes before departure – check in at the yellow ticket booth. The return departure is at 4:00 PM on schedule. Very enjoyable, and tickets are cheaper if you buy online and are sure you'll make the trip :)

It was a fantastic experience! All four of us were fascinated. Alex was very kind and patient. Even though the water was murky, he tried to find the best spot so we could see more fish. He was very attentive to us the whole time and helped us to make the experience spectacular. We traveled with a German guy, and he explained everything to him in English. We will definitely do it again and highly recommend it. It's a 10/10 activity!

Fantastic excursion, informative tour guide, great experience! Couldn't the number of pick-up points in Benidorm be reduced? A few extra steps wouldn't be too much to ask of the participants.

Marco was very friendly and explained the brewing process in two different languages for the size of the group. The experience was unique due to the setting and would highly recommend. A couple of improvements that could help the process would be better signage to the tasting area from the lift as we wandered completely in the wrong direction and secondly is the timing as one hour felt rushed but Marco was a fantastic host.

Fantastic view, beautiful castle/ford. I advise wearing good shoes. I don't recommend flip-flops. We had a great time and enjoyed some nice wines. The shuttle bus down is ideal, cheap, and you are down in a few minutes, getting dropped off at Alicante Centre.
