Praise: The vehicle and driver arrangements were excellent. The spacious Toyota allowed for a good nap on the bus during the sunrise tour. We departed at 2:30 PM and arrived around 5:40 PM. The Taj Mahal doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A temporary rest area in the hotel lobby was arranged. The tour guide was also very helpful, having a friend buy tickets for him, saving us time queuing. Areas for Improvement: There was some shopping; we were arranged to buy carpets, scarves, and marble real estate. The prices seemed very high to me, even though shopping wasn't mandatory. I would suggest removing this part unless guests specifically request it.

Highly recommend. Imran and company were extremely responsive and kind. I appreciated the opportunity to meet him and hope to work together in future. Imran (owner) is also super well connected around town and known to be a good person (vs lots of shady people in delhi unfortunately) as coincidentally even our private car driver knew him well. Had a great time experiencing Agra with our driver! Great English! Drove us all around the city and waited with us at gift shops when we were in a rush. I would definitely recommend riding with him.
