Reviews: Nagoya 1-day tour to Kokkeizan Eihouji Temple + Korankei gorge + Obara Shikizakura, autumn limited route
Guest User2025-12-07
The entire itinerary was well-organized and efficient. We visited three attractions in one day, and the scenery was beautiful and charming. It was especially nice to have a Chinese tour leader in a foreign land, and hearing the explanations at the scenic spots was very heartwarming. Tour leader Zhang Lizhu provided attentive and enthusiastic service, always considerate of everyone's needs, and resolved any questions raised, which added to the enjoyment of the trip. It was a great experience, and I would definitely book a tour through Ctrip again next time I have the chance.

Reviews: Nagoya Shoryudo 1-day Tour: Inuyama Castle + Magome + Tsumago-juku + Ena Kyo Observation Deck

Inuyama Castle is worth the 1000 yen entrance fee. It's Japan's only privately owned castle with over 500 years of history, featuring stone foundations and wooden structures standing on the riverbank. Ena Gorge was just so-so; perhaps we were just passing through. Magome-juku and Tsumago-juku were actually the 43rd and 44th of over 60 post stations along the 560-kilometer route between Kyoto and Edo (Tokyo) in ancient Japan. However, the management of Japanese post stations differed from that of ancient China. Japanese post stations were privately managed, with officials responsible for receiving visitors. Magome-juku's current architecture is a reconstruction due to a fire, while Tsumago-juku largely retains its Edo-era style. The two locations are 7 kilometers apart. Highly recommended.

Reviews: 1-person group guaranteed departure: Kokeizan Eihoji Temple, Japan + Korankei gorge + Shikizakura 1-day tour | Nagoya round-trip
Guest User2025-11-23
The itinerary first took us to Mount Kogei and Eihoji Temple, then to Kawami Shiki Sakura Village, and finally to Korankei. The scenery at each spot was captivating. We had ample time to visit Eihoji Temple and Korankei, except for the Shiki Sakura, where we only had half an hour, which felt a bit insufficient. More time would have been better for climbing the mountain to take photos.

Reviews: A one-day tour of ancient Japanese towns: Hida Highlands + Gunjo Hachiman + Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri Village
Guest User2026-01-03
All the places are great to explore and really nice. Just my opinion, the tour guide should wait for all of us to get down from the bus first then he can started to explain about the place not when we reach down to him, he is done. And we arrived shirakawago around 3:15pm and the last shuttle bus around 3:40pm to observatory. So it is not enough time as we need to walk a bit to a pickup point for shuttle bus. All the three places are so crowded but still nice to explore
