Day 1
Meet at meeting point: Our garage is right next to "The Den" Café, once you get to the main traffic lights turn towards Ingrina / Zavial and you'll see this Café. Two doors down on the left you'll find our garage with our logos. There's free parking on the street and by the playground close to traffic lights.Activities: You will be taken to our stunning Coasteering location, in the beautiful Natural Park of Costa Vicentina near Praia da Ingrina. Then you'll be getting ready with wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and shoes, the guides will then assess the conditions and give a safety briefing with Coasteering techniques and skills on cliff jumping, climbing, swimming and moving around the rocks. We'll walk down to the water's edge and immediately start with small cliff jumps to practice and have fun. The route will take you exploring the Coastline, hidden beaches, amazing cliffs, rock formations, clear ocean waters and learning about the marine environment and some local traditions. You'll be swimming in the ocean, inside sea caves, climbing and walking along the rocky shoreline. The more you advance the higher the jumps get! Up to 10 meters (30ft) high! We can even jump inside the grottoes! (don't worry there's always alternatives) After all the action we'll walk back over the cliffs along the coastal path for a scenic experience while chatting about the session. 3 hr(s)
