Reviews: Bali: Mount Batur + Hot Springs + Ubud Palace + Ubud Market + Tirta Empul Temple 1-day tour
Guest User2025-12-14
The staff cleverly arranged for us to visit the hot springs first. While we were having our meal and gazing at the volcano, a sudden downpour began, revealing a different side of the volcano shrouded in mist. Since the rain hadn't stopped, they suggested we visit a coffee plantation to sample some coffee. Afterward, we visited Tirta Empul Temple, where the rain had stopped and the spring was gushing forth. Ubud was crowded, and they even reminded us to bargain when buying things – they were very kind. On the way back to the hotel, they even let us stop at a supermarket to buy some snacks, gently and kindly explaining the cultural traditions of Bali. We were very grateful.

The trip was wonderful and very eventful, and of course our guide and driver, Niko, played a huge role. He inspired confidence, helped us along the way, and was a lot of fun to be with. He was a great guide. The trip was very comfortable and friendly. We had a wonderful day with Niko.
Reviews: Bali Tanah Lot + Instagrammable Cliff Road + Uluwatu Temple + Jimbaran Sunset Romantic Private Car 1-day Tour
Guest User2026-02-21
I've been back for a while now. My Bali trip ended with a day trip to Uluwatu, which was all-inclusive and quite good. The shuttle bus and entrance fees were all included, so I didn't have to buy them separately. The only memorable thing was the traffic jam at Tanah Lot Temple. Overall, the service from the company was good; they added us to a group chat a day in advance, and there was always someone available to help.

We had a wonderful Mount Batur tour! Wira ,the pickup driver, was friendly and patient, and his restaurant recommendation was delicious with a beautiful view. Dira, the jeep driver, was warm, enthusiastic, and great at photography. She guided us with poses and helped us capture amazing memories. Highly recommend this tour!

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
