There was nothing wrong with the itinerary, lunch and tour guide, but the attractions in Hue were really lacking. The Imperial City was not even a poor man's version of the Forbidden City. Maybe Vietnam is just a country of this size.

Sam was a lovely tourguide. He loves his job, his country and the nature and that you can feel. Pick up was perfekt, then ne headed to the mountain - 40/45 minutes. First stop: highest view point was nice, but the climbing to the 5 lakes was an adventure and an experience I will not forget. Thank you Sam that you recommended the more difficult bit more beautiful way because it was worth it. Keep on mind that your shoes can be wet as you need to cross rivers and bring your swim wear to enjoy the wonderful natural pools. The big waterfall was nice but you see only the top when you do a day trip. A bit of a shame. Still highly recommend the tour

Thuy provided me with an absolutely wonderful Bach Ma Trekking experience! She had a wonderful knowledge about the National Park. Our Group didn't have to rush, as Thuy allowed for much flexibility in the schedule. So, we were able to fully enjoy each location. Thuy was most accommodating, swimming at the Lake was great and the Waterfall experience was unique. Lunch was great and we were all served Tea and Coffee at the Waterfall (this was one of the most fantastic things during the tour). If you've never done something like this before, please know that Thuy will make you feel comfortable and well-looked after. Thank you so much, Kim.


