Reviews: Hue Imperial City
Guest User2014-04-08
I booked tickets for April 6th to soak in the hot springs. Upon arrival at the scenic area, everything was very convenient; there were dedicated staff to manage Ctrip customers' entry, and the service was excellent. Zhisheng Hot Spring is generally very impressive, perfect for a relaxing vacation. It boasts numerous hot springs, and the facilities are very well-developed, including showers, towels, and drinking water, making me, as a visitor, feel extremely comfortable. My visit lasted about two hours; the hot springs were very relaxing, and I felt well-rested! The only drawback is the inconvenient transportation. Zhisheng Hot Spring in Yinan is better suited for self-driving tours. Local unlicensed taxis are quite expensive. Taking a taxi during the day is okay, but those traveling by train should arrive early. Next time, I plan to drive and book through Ctrip again.
Reviews: Small Group · Depart from Hue city: Hue Imperial City Full-Day Guided Tour with lunch

Ruby made our Hue city tour unforgettable! She is incredibly knowledgeable about Vietnamese history and culture, bringing the Imperial City, royal tombs, and Thien Mu Pagoda to life. Her English is fluent, and her positive energy is infectious. The tour was perfectly organized, the driver was safe, and lunch was delicious. My kids made mung bean strawberry. If you're visiting Hue, request Ruby—you won't regret it!
Reviews: Hue City Tour Motorbike with Easy Rider

Everything went great, I'm just getting around to writing a review 😁 It was well organized: communication in advance, the driver arrived on time and was polite. Water, helmet, and raincoat were provided. No one rushes you, you set your own pace. There were delicious and inexpensive stops for lunch and a local delicacy—I don't remember the name, but I certainly wouldn't have found it or tried it on my own. Travel tip: buy a combined ticket to the Imperial City and the Three Tombs. It's valid for two days from entry. You can explore the Imperial City yourself with an audio guide the day before (I took a leisurely four hours to get coffee there), and then do this motorcycle tour the next day. This way, you'll be going against the flow of tourists and really get to know the culture.
Reviews: Hue City Private Tour Full Day

We participated in this tour as a Japanese family, requesting a Japanese-speaking guide. Our tour guide, Thi, provided excellent care and smooth communication. It was a very special and memorable experience to hear various stories on a private tour and learn about the current situation, history, and origins of the places we visited, things we wouldn't have known on our own. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to sightsee at their own pace and ask questions about things that interest them!
Reviews: Vietnam 1-4 Hours Express e-Visa -Tourism |Fast Approval+VIP Fast-Track| Global Acceptance

My overall experience with the expedited e-visa service for Vietnam was extremely satisfactory. The efficiency, service quality, and communication were all reassuring and professional. Due to my tight schedule and last-minute decision to travel to Vietnam, I opted for the expedited service. I was initially worried about a complicated process or not having enough time, but the experience completely changed my mind. First, after submitting my application, customer service contacted me quickly and proactively, explaining the required documents and important notes in detail. The entire process was clear and easy to understand, even for someone applying for an e-visa for the first time. If any documents needed to be supplemented or corrected, customer service promptly reminded me, preventing minor details from affecting the overall application progress – a truly thoughtful touch. Regarding processing efficiency, the expedited service truly lived up to its reputation. From submitting complete documents to visa issuance, the overall time was faster than expected, significantly reducing the anxiety and unease of waiting. For travelers like me who make last-minute travel decisions or have limited time, this efficiency is crucial and made the entire trip much smoother. Furthermore, the responsiveness and professionalism of the customer service throughout the process were commendable. Whether inquiring via text message or messaging app, I almost always received clear and specific responses within a short time, demonstrating their commitment to customer needs. This immediate and effective communication is especially important for cross-border document processing and significantly enhances the overall user experience. It's worth mentioning that the entire process is transparent with no hidden fees. The service content and price are clearly explained from the beginning, allowing me to choose with confidence and without worrying about additional expenses later. This honest business practice left me with a very positive impression of the service provider. Overall, this expedited Vietnam e-visa processing service was not only impressive in its speed but also excelled in its service details and professionalism. It's a highly recommended option for travelers with urgent document needs, business trips, or last-minute travel arrangements. I will definitely consider using this service again in the future and will also recommend it to friends who may need it. Thank you again to the entire team for their assistance in ensuring the smooth running of my trip.

A wonderful experience, with so many sights to see between the two cities, this is a great way to do it all! The guide was also very good, the only thing I would do is leave more time for the Marble Mountains, otherwise everything was perfect!
