Praise: The vehicle and driver arrangements were excellent. The spacious Toyota allowed for a good nap on the bus during the sunrise tour.
We departed at 2:30 PM and arrived around 5:40 PM. The Taj Mahal doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A temporary rest area in the hotel lobby was arranged.
The tour guide was also very helpful, having a friend buy tickets for him, saving us time queuing.
Areas for Improvement: There was some shopping; we were arranged to buy carpets, scarves, and marble real estate. The prices seemed very high to me, even though shopping wasn't mandatory. I would suggest removing this part unless guests specifically request it.★

Highly recommend. Imran and company were extremely responsive and kind. I appreciated the opportunity to meet him and hope to work together in future. Imran (owner) is also super well connected around town and known to be a good person (vs lots of shady people in delhi unfortunately) as coincidentally even our private car driver knew him well. The tour was fascinating. We explored many elements of the old city of Agra and ventured into parts that we would not have explored on our own. Sunil, the guide, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us lots of interesting information on the way. At the end of our tour he took us on an additional trip to see the Taj Mahal from a viewing point as we had not yet seen this. It was a great way to end an enjoyable experience.
