The itinerary was comprehensive, and the tour guide was professional and attentive. Although the boat trip couldn't be done on the same day, the second day's boat tour of Lake Geneva felt like a private boat trip, a truly wonderful experience.

Neils is an extremely passionate and wonderful guide. The depth of his knowledge and charming humor and character made this incredible adventure even better than mother nature has already made it. My husband was here 40 years ago and has told me how special this adventure would be on many occasion. I never imagine would be so amazing and has been the highlight of our 3 weeks trip in Europe. I bought Package B, but it seems it didn't include a ticket for the icebreaker train. The tour guide asked if I wanted to go, and if so, I'd have to pay an extra 19 Swiss francs, which was reasonable! We visited two places: the Ice Sea Railway and the Aiguille du Midi (South Peak), at 1800m and 3800m respectively. Climbing the Aiguille du Midi was a bit heart-pounding; you should check the weather before going, as it often snows in winter, and on snowy days you can't see anything!


