We had an incredible experience on our guided tour to Niagara Falls! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. Our guide, Haroon, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer any questions we had.
The journey to the falls was smooth and comfortable, and along the way, Haroon shared interesting facts and stories that made the trip even more engaging. Once we arrived, the breathtaking view of the falls left us speechless. The sheer power and beauty of the cascading water were mesmerizing.★

The guide was lovely but she was a slow walker and softly spoken so it was hard to hear. She was very informative but it did feel overly scripted in places. Would have preferred to do the boat ride last as it was approx. a half hour walk to the journey behind falls experience when cold and wet. Overall a very good experience and worth the money.★

Tracy was a wonderful host for the outing. She was full of knowledge and provided great information about both Toronto and Niagara, as well as their histories. She was also very chatty and interactive with everyone onboard the bus. Journey Behind the Falls was beautiful. Managed to capture some gorgeous shots and videos pretty close up of the Falls for my friends and family to see. Although the Boat Trip was super chilly, it was still a lovely ride and again, it allowed me to take more great videos and photos. I’d highly recommend both to everyone visiting Toronto! Thank you to everyone who made it possible ☺️
