Dan was a fantastic guide. He did not cancel even though it was raining on and off, and he showed us the highlights of the center of Timişoara and gave us a lot of history of the city. He answered our questions and interacted with all of us in a personal way.★

We had a really fantastic time on the One Day in Transylvania tour. Sergiu is a wonderful guide and a great driver. My wife was born in Timisoara but left very young in 1980 and we both came away from this tour with a much better understanding of Romanian history. All the sites were fascinating and the church he showed us (I won't ruin the surpirse) was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. A big plus is that Seriu is also a great conversationalist so not only did we learn the history from the tour but we came away with a better understanding of what life is like in contemporary Romania. Oh, the restaruant was great too, I suggest ordering the Transylvanian stew. I would highly recommend this tour if you find yourself in Timisoara!★

Everything is great, the city is pleasant, the wall is cool and very beautiful. I recommend taking a boat ride; it's a very scenic ride and you can also see the city in the evening. The only thing I recommend is to definitely take the CABLE CAR BOTH WAYS UP and DOWN; we didn't take the return trip. And in the end, we overpaid a lot. We could have gotten it for 180 yuan roundtrip, but our guide Lucy didn't warn us that there wouldn't be enough time to walk down, and besides, we were very tired. However, for another group, the guide explained everything in more detail about the descent. In the end, we paid 130 yuan for the ascent + 130 yuan for the descent (260 yuan for the whole trip). We overpaid by 80 yuan. If you go on your own, you'll pay even more; all tours with a guide are much cheaper. They only accept Alipay; they don't accept cards or cash.★

Sister Shi (our guide) is an exceptionally kind person. She was patient and meticulous throughout the trip, providing informative and engaging explanations of the sights. She proactively checked on everyone's well-being, helped with luggage, recommended authentic local cuisine, and helped us avoid common pitfalls. Traveling with her was incredibly worry-free, and my wonderful trip was all thanks to her! Because I bought a student ticket, customer service handled issues and refunded the price difference very promptly. Highly recommended!!!★

The three of us girls hadn't slept much for two days when we went, and it was also our period. The weather was drizzling, the waves were huge, and it was freezing cold. Definitely bring a jacket! We were all wearing long sleeves, long pants, and socks, plus fleece-lined jackets and a large towel wrapped around ourselves, and we were still freezing. When the boat stopped, all three of us were seasick and felt like we wouldn't survive the day. We've been out to sea and fishing before, and the boat stops were never this bad! 😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣 We were the only three Chinese people there, and we couldn't understand the local language. A tour guide, knowing we might not understand, came over and explained things to us. The service was good, and the food was okay, but we didn't dare drink a drop of water.
