Everything was as described, picked up from the hotel. The shelves don't fold out completely, which isn't very comfortable. There's a blanket and a pillow. Upon arrival, we were supposed to be taken to the port, but the driver said, "Walk; it's 300 meters." Then he showed us a car and said we'd have to wait for the car. I went to the restroom. As soon as I left, I saw the car was already leaving. So I had to walk anyway. So, the organization before the trip was good, but afterward, no one cares about you.โ

Everything went great! I booked, and after a while we messaged on WhatsApp to confirm the details and coordinates. Then a guide (something like a guide) messaged and confirmed all the details, coordinates, and time. I thought a car would arrive at the hotel and take me to the bus. No, the bus itself arrived! We then spent some time picking up people around the old town in Hanoi. In Vietnam, not only are bikes and cars driven masterfully, but the bus also goes places not everyone can. On the way to Halong, we stopped at a local store for restrooms, a smoke break, and tossing some cash at the cashier. It's nice there, but quite expensive. Then we flew to Tuan Chau, everyone went on cruises, and I was transferred to a smaller car and just as quickly driven to Sun World Park. Basically, they'll find you and take you there. Everything was great and hassle-free.โ

We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them โ this time to Ba Na Hills ๐ฟ
We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up โ very fast and convenient ๐
We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM.
For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 โ super easy and well organized.
Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesnโt operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit.
