There was no guide on board. The driver did his job but cut the tickets, give explanations to the passengers... considering that it is an audio guide rather than a guide, the driver needs an assistant. That would be my suggestion to improve the service they provide.★

The guide made the day enjoyable and explained a lot about the history of the places we visited... Excellent! The tour is a good option if you have limited time, but both cities really deserve a full day... I'm sure they offer a one-day tour themselves... we didn't get to see them properly.★
