The tour was a great experience, especially for the children. There were several stops for swimming, including one near Cleopatra Beach, and another at a beach with very clear water. The children especially enjoyed the foam party. The lunch was simple but adequate: rice, bulgur, pasta, chicken leg, and salad. Water and soft drinks were available throughout the trip. Children under 5 years old cannot be specified when booking, so we had some questions during the transfer, but the staff quickly resolved the issue on the spot. Transfer information is sent via WhatsApp to the number linked to Trip.com. The car arrived about 10 minutes later than the stated time. This isn't a big deal, but when we contacted them via WhatsApp, they promised to clarify the information and provide additional information, but we never received a response. My suggestion to the Trip.com developers: add the ability to specify all age categories of children when booking.

My friend and I and her 15-year-old daughter were thrilled! The trip lived up to the description and more. We asked fellow travelers about what they were buying through the hotel for about 1,500 rubles more than on this platform. I organize excursions in my city, and if Anna lived here, I would only work with her as a tour guide. Trust me – she's a 10 out of 10 tour guide!!! Thank you so much for her hard work. Be prepared with change, as they ask for tips for everyone (it's not mandatory, but I felt uncomfortable). If you want beer or drinks on the boat, bring your own; the prices are outrageous!

We had a wonderful time! For a small price, you'll be picked up and dropped off from anywhere in the city, have lunch, enjoy a foam party, and swim in the most beautiful spots with crystal-clear water! The captain will also explain the sights in several languages. For an additional fee, there's a bar and photography services on board. The trip ended up lasting about 5 hours. The kids loved it, and so did the adults, so I highly recommend it 👍🏼

Everything was fantastic! The drive from Mahmutlar took about three hours. We were picked up first, and there were three more stops. First, we had a 40-minute buggy ride. Then a short zip line. Then the rafting itself lasted about two hours. Upon arrival, we were treated to chicken shashlik and a choice of side dishes. We also made a stop during the rafting where we bought flatbread. Overall, it was fantastic for the price.
