Our impressions were nothing but positive. The company representatives and the driver contacted us the day before the trip to clarify the details. At the appointed time, the Dwi driver was waiting for us, driving very carefully and politely throughout the day. We booked a 12-hour trip. We visited about six locations during the day, arrived comfortably at all of them, and had only the most pleasant experiences. I would definitely recommend you to my friends!★

Basically, it's pretty simple: you get a voucher, arrive at the office (we used Angkal) an hour before departure, show the voucher, and they'll give you badges and print out tickets to pass through the turnstile for boarding. Everything is on time, absolutely right on time!★

The speedboat trip from Bali to Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes and departed quite punctually. The ride wasn't too bumpy. However, upon arriving at the South Island pier, you need to wade across the water. Since we had children with us, the boat staff kindly helped carry them to the beach; the service was quite good.★
