Booking through Trip.com is a little more expensive, but the support is excellent, so I booked through them. As is often the case overseas, we departed an hour earlier than the scheduled time, lol. Thanks to that, everything went well. The ferry is small and extremely hot, so please bring plenty of water with you.

Got my tickets confirmed within 2 mins of booking. The ferry ride was pretty smooth and went well. The boat was well maintained and clean, with enough space for my luggage. Note that you need to pick up the actual ferry tickets from their office outside before going inside the main port entrance.

The speedboat trip from Bali to Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes and departed quite punctually. The ride wasn't too bumpy. However, upon arriving at the South Island pier, you need to wade across the water. Since we had children with us, the boat staff kindly helped carry them to the beach; the service was quite good.
