It took few minutes of fiddling to activate it (I forgot to select roaming on, but it was the first time I was using an eSim) and I had to restart the phone once to Singapore from Malaysia, but other than that, it was super easy. I will definitely buy it again! I have a new phone and eSim are much better and cheaper than having to buy physical Sims. I am happy with the purchase.
