Highly recommended! I specifically chose this day tour to avoid the rushed, low-priced tours. It only visits three or four spots in one day, including the Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and the Forest Elf Terrace, making for a relaxed itinerary. The tour is conducted entirely in Chinese, English, and Korean. The tour guide was sincere and enthusiastic, always smiling, and her local food tips were incredibly useful. She even recommended the lavender ice cream – it was absolutely delicious! The Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls are breathtakingly beautiful, and the detailed explanations throughout made for a fantastic experience. A must-do in Biei!★

Bingbing, our tour guide, gave excellent explanations and recommended delicious food at every attraction along the way. The accompanying Chinese driver was also very steady, and I didn't feel carsick even on the many mountain roads.★

This was my first trip to Sapporo, and I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide than Ms. Lee.
Ms. Lee has an incredible service mind and genuinely cares about every guest. She explained every destination clearly and in great detail, and her instructions about meeting points and schedules were always easy to follow, making the entire tour smooth and stress-free.
What impressed me the most was her ability to speak English, Chinese, and Japanese fluently. Her pronunciation was clear, pleasant, and easy to understand, which made the experience enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their native language.
More importantly, Ms. Lee's kindness, enthusiasm, and professionalism made the tour feel warm and welcoming rather than just following a schedule. She created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day and made everyone feel comfortable.
I'm truly grateful that my first visit to Sapporo was with Ms. Lee as my guide. She didn't just show us the city—she made the entire experience★

The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! 😃
