The description of the tour misleads by advertising that the tour is joining tour up to 15 travelers but in reality there are more than 30 travelers in my bus. Please correct the description of the tour

We visited this place on Sunday and, overall, the experience was very good. The young guide was friendly, approachable, and professional, making the tour both enjoyable and engaging. Unfortunately, our experience at reception was the complete opposite. The receptionist, a young woman with long dyed blonde hair, was very unpleasant. As Spanish speakers, we did everything we could to communicate in English. I even used a translation tool and explained from the beginning that my English was limited to avoid any misunderstandings. We paid the €15 student admission fee, and I simply asked whether my university enrollment certificate would be accepted as proof of my student status. Instead of politely explaining which documents they accepted, she immediately said “no” and even told me that I was not a student because I did not have a student ID card. Throughout the conversation, she was cold, dismissive, visibly annoyed, and treated me with obvious impatience, making me feel uncomfortable.

While there was some confusion at the pick up location, the tour was very good and the guide was excellent. The only problem was that the itinerary changed since I booked it and wasn’t informed until we were on the bus and on our way. There was an hour extra hour tacked on to our stay in Skradin because the entry into the park was changed, and consequently we got back to Zadar an hour later than expected. This cause much stress as we were almost late to board our cruise ship. We were very fortunate that we had a great guide and driver who made sure we were back with just minutes to spare. I would suggest any changes should be communicated, and would not recommend this for cruise ship passengers.

From the minute we boarded the coach until the time we left, we had a ball. Our guide had such a wicked sense of humour and made the trip very special. The views, park, waterfalls, boat trip and all other sights were spectacular. If I return to Croatia I will do this trip again.
