I loved the place. My guide was Andrea, and she explained everything very well. We had enough time to see Bellagio and Lugano; perhaps a little more time would have been great, but everything was beautiful.

The logistics were top-notch. Angelo had a fast pass to get on the ferry to Bellagio, which was great (we cut in front of everyone and saw the queue, well done! 👍). On the other hand, I found it a shame not to know much about where to go during the short stops; luckily, some helpful advice from our guide helped us choose the right restaurant. Another point: I would have liked more information about the day's itinerary, the different stages of the day, to share with my children (they thought it was over, but there was still Lugano to go, and in the end, it was a very nice way to end the day on a sweet note, with delicious Swiss chocolate. (Thank you for the tasting at Laderach...)). So, a small brochure or leaflet to hand out on the bus at departure, briefly summarizing the stages and approximate times of the day, would be sufficient: I'm a visual learner and remember what I see better—even if I've already mentioned this/Angelo

Tour time was changed without notification but Ms. Lina (guide) and Mr. Mario (bus driver) was phenomenal…we would definitely recommend this tour!!
