An incredible morning! Daniela was a fabulous guide and answered all our questions we had about the history of Italy. He took us to beautiful lagoons, caves and the town of Vernazza. Definetley recommend if you are in Cinque Terre to book this tour!

My friends and I had such a great time at the SUPMindfulness Evening City Lights Tour. The guides Francesca and Stefano were awesome. They explained carefully what we will do on water and answered to any questions and concerns we had. (Most of us were on a SUP for the first time.) They even made an important call on water for us! The activity itself couldn't be better: We enjoyed the calmness in the middle of the vibrant city and Stefano helped us at the end with relaxation to find inner peace. After the event we got a lovely collection of photos and even a nice video. We will never forget this wonderful experience!
