I really like how much they care about there customers. They were constantly checking in making sure I got picked up because I went to the wrong pickup location at first and they even went and picked me up from where I was. 5 stars.

Tuti, Chris, and Sody were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, they made sure our group felt safe, comfortable, and excited for the experience. They explained everything thoroughly and even shared interesting facts about Puerto Rico’s history, which made the tour even more special. We were a group of seven celebrating my twins daughter’s graduation, and they truly went above and beyond to make it a memorable, exciting, and fun experience. As an incredible bonus, we got to interact with a wild dolphin, which was something we’ll never forget! One thing that really stood out was how kind and attentive Chris was with my mom. She doesn’t know how to swim, and he swam her to and from shore, making sure she felt safe and confident in the water. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. 100 out of 10, highly recommend!

I was a touch worried about how much physical activity was required but rolled the bones and I would classify it as lite. Louie our Tour guide was fantastic and made the experience. The river was beautiful, the tower offer unbelievable views, and the restaurant we stopped at had great food. Would recommend.
