The setup process was easy—I installed and activated the eSIM before my flight by following the instructions in the app. As soon as I arrived at the airport in Kuala Lumpur, the eSIM connected automatically, so I had internet access right away without needing to buy a physical SIM. The network coverage was reliable throughout my trip, including in the city and while traveling to Langkawi. The speed was good for using maps, booking rides, social media, and browsing. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. It saved time and effort, and I would definitely recommend Trip.com eSIM for anyone traveling to Malaysia.

For 200 Russian rubles, 10 GB of internet for 10 days is a real gift! Everything worked quite well. Russian tourists, pay special attention. It's much cheaper than roaming.

I purchased a 2-piece eSIM package. I used one eSIM successfully without any issues—it worked perfectly during my trip. The second eSIM was for my husband, but unfortunately, it could not be activated. When we tried to use it, we received a message saying it had already been used or was invalid. Because of this experience, I would recommend buying eSIMs one by one and activate separetely, to avoid a similar issue.


