Overall satisfied, with a few minor suggestions:
1. The local tour guide was a bit mercenary, claiming to be a Ctrip employee, which felt a bit like a rip-off. I only hired her for one day, which wasn't a great experience.
2. The vibration noise from the hotel's central air conditioning was a bit bothersome at night, perhaps due to the room's location (room 1116). Also, while the hotel itself is very beautiful and quiet, its location is somewhat remote, making it inconvenient for shopping and sightseeing. Taxis need to be booked in advance, and the fare to the city center is generally around 30 yuan.
These minor flaws don't outweigh the overall positives; the vacation was very comfortable, and I would book Ctrip products again next time.★

The small group tour I signed up for was excellent; the bus was very comfortable. Our guide, Jiang Jiang, was incredibly detailed, repeatedly reminding me of what to bring up the mountain. I was lucky enough to see the Leshan Giant Buddha and the Golden Summit. I bought a bamboo walking stick for only 3 yuan near the group meal area, while it costs 10 yuan on the mountain – following Jiang Jiang's advice saved me money! She also privately recommended several Sichuan restaurants to me; they were very professional and explained things in great detail. Everything went smoothly, and we even returned to Chengdu early.Trip.com picks
