I have experienced & enjoyed many sound baths, conducted by various practitioners. Normally laid in a yoga mat with a pillow & additional blanket (which is absolutely fine!) This sounds bath was awesome! Firstly, u are seated in a La-Z-Boy with footstool & blanket, in a darkened room with soft aurora projection on the wall. Sitting extremely comfortablely, the session begins with a beautiful spoken word meditation, which drifts you into the beginning of the singing bowls. An absolute treat. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The space is fantastic, the guides are very attentive and friendly, everything is very peaceful and relaxing. There should be a larger changing room area.
