Five-star review! Special thanks to our guide Hikari 👍, and the driver was also wonderful, incredibly patient and enthusiastic throughout the trip, even proactively helping us find good photo spots. Although we weren't able to see Mount Fuji in its entirety due to the weather, which was a little disappointing, the service was impeccable, and the guide even thoughtfully prepared small gifts for everyone. I hope to come back next time and unlock the complete view of Mount Fuji!

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.

I've been to Japan almost 20 times, and I realized I've never been to Mount Fuji. This time I had more time, so I dedicated a day to it. Summer isn't the best season for Mount Fuji, and it's crowded during summer vacation. Therefore, I arranged a day to hire a car to preview the nearby attractions, and if there are any I like, I'll focus on them next time. Lake Kawaguchi is beautiful; I'd love to come back. Mount Fuji covered in snow in winter must be stunning. My child doesn't like hot springs, so we didn't go to Hakone. Instead, we went shopping at an outlet mall, but it was incredibly crowded on the weekend. The driver and I are from the same hometown, and we chatted happily about our hometowns the whole way. I highly recommend hiring a car. It saves time, at least a whole day for visiting these attractions. The transportation costs for four people plus one night's accommodation are less expensive than hiring a car; you don't have to rush around, and you won't be tired after a long day.

Today's happiness was thanks to Guifei (Director Yang). I almost missed the bus to the meeting point this morning because I was lost in Tokyo, but thanks to Guifei's patience, the day wasn't ruined. Along the way, Guifei shared a lot of Tokyo-related trivia, from geography and culture to language and food, making the otherwise boring trip much more interesting. The entire itinerary was also perfectly designed. We took the little train from Shimoyoshida Station to Lake Kawaguchi, boarded the swan boat I'd been longing for, and even fed the swans 🦢 before heading back to Shinjuku Station, completely satisfied. This time, I was a "Mount Fuji refugee" (a term used to describe people who are stranded near Mount Fuji), so I didn't get to see Mount Fuji in person. I'll have to come back in winter next time!
