The group included both Chinese and international tourists, and Jenny provided fluent bilingual commentary throughout. She explained Zhujiajiao's history, water town features, and local snacks in detail and vividly, captivating our foreign friends. What was most heartwarming was her exceptional care for the domestic tourists, balancing the needs of both groups without favoritism. She was dedicated and responsible throughout, proactively reminding us of meeting times, recommending authentic local cuisine, and maintaining a well-paced itinerary. Her communication was patient and considerate. She skillfully managed both the English explanations for the international tourists and the thoughtful care for our own group, demonstrating both professionalism and warmth. A truly reliable bilingual guide, I would definitely choose Jenny again for my next local trip. Highly recommended!★

Yulia is a fantastic tour guide! She's so positive! My child is learning Chinese, and she told my daughter how to pronounce each animal in Chinese! It was fantastic, the entire tour was a joyful experience, and all my requests were taken into account! I highly recommend visiting with a guide, as the park is huge! Arrive no later than 9 a.m. to make sure you get to see all the animals, who you can feed and pet!★

I bought my tickets easily. They were emailed as promised. They contacted me to make sure I received them. I loved the show; the performers did a great job! I've long dreamed of going to this circus, and finally, I saw it. I went with my mother-in-law on my birthday. It was a wonderful end to a wonderful day. We got there easily and found our seats. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. We were in row 7, seats 1 and 3, and had a great view of everything.★

Perhaps due to the rain and the holiday crowds, the initial assembly at the entrance was a bit chaotic. However, after finding our guide, Yuanzi, who led us into the park, he provided a very detailed explanation and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the park's layout. Despite the crowds and various road closures, he still managed to guide us through all the viewpoints. If we had any requests for photos or other things, we promptly informed the guide, who did his best to accommodate us. If you're visiting Yu Garden and City God Temple during a holiday when it's crowded, I highly recommend joining a tour group. It saves time and allows you to see all the attractions within the park.★
