Reviews: Pinnacles Desert Sunset Stargazing Dinner Experience 1-day tour in Perth
Guest User2026-05-24
I participated alone, but there were many other solo travelers, and I had a great time making new friends! Regarding the content, we imagined we would be able to see the Pinnacles and the starry sky together, as shown in the pictures, but the actual stargazing location is different, so please be aware of that! However, I was able to see the most amazing starry sky of my life. The guide was kind and spoke in easy-to-understand English, which made the experience enjoyable. For dinner, it was a self-service style with bread, salad, ham, cheese, strawberries, Tim Tams, etc. For drinks, there was sparkling wine and orange juice. You can drink as much as you like as long as there is left. I'm glad I was able to go to a place I've always wanted to visit 😊 If you want to see a sky full of stars, I highly recommend participating!

I took the tour with my family. The sunset at the Pinnacles is spectacular and a must-see. If you're lucky, you might be able to take photos of kangaroos and limestone formations. Even in summer, it gets chilly in the evenings and at night, so I recommend bringing some warm clothes.

The guide talked the whole time on the bus, but the itinerary was exactly as announced. Breakfast was a little awkward as everyone on the tour sat at the same table.

This tour included all the places I wanted to visit. In Yanchep, I had fun searching for five koalas and taking pictures with kangaroos. The cookies were delicious, and I was glad to receive bottled water. I could also see beautifully colored parrots from the bus window. The Pinnacles Desert was the place I wanted to visit most, and I had plenty of time to take pictures. The only downside was lunch; the fish and chips were delicious, but there was a long wait for it to be served, and I had to eat quickly because I had to return to the bus less than 30 minutes after I started. I also wanted to walk around the beach, but there wasn't enough time, so I wish I had a little more time. There was a long line of other tour participants at the nut shop, so I gave up on buying anything. At the last chocolate shop we went to, there were samples, and I was able to buy several things. My child wanted ice cream, but it was almost closing time, so we couldn't buy any. There were a few disappointing aspects, but the tour guide/driver was very nice, and I'm glad I participated.
