The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

It was advertised as a 5-star restaurant, but it was the worst quality meal we had during the trip. We had high expectations when making the reservation because it was advertised as 5-star. It felt like we were scammed; all my friends who went with me were dissatisfied with the food. Please note that it is only at the level of a 5-star restaurant among 20-star establishments.★

A luxurious experience in an unparalleled natural setting. Everything was perfectly coordinated, with meticulous attention to every detail. The sunset over the bay and the view from our balcony made all the difference. Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.★
