Fuss-free experience to clear the customs upon arrival! It's definitely money well-spent to avoid the usual queue esp if you are rushing for time or bringing kids/elderly/family.

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

I was surprised by the long lines upon arrival at the airport, but this service made it really easy. Not having to wait in line saved me a lot of time, and it was especially nice not having to wait in the hot weather. Immigration was quick, and the guidance provided throughout the airport made things a lot easier. I think this will be really useful for families and those with tight schedules. I'll definitely use it the next time I visit Vietnam.


