The short break was very well planned by the Neustadt travel agency. The hotel, city tour, and harbor cruise were all well organized. The train journey went perfectly, right down to the minute. I would gladly book with TUI again.

We had a super nice guide who led us through the tour with typical Hamburg charm – absolutely recommended – you see so much that you wouldn't see from land – in short – we'd do it again anytime :-)
