The amusement park on the Tokyo Dome is quite fun, and then had a roast bird lunch - 3000 is also super cost-effective.

It's valid for multiple days, so it's a great deal on a daily basis, but depending on the station, JR may arrive earlier, so if you have time, it's a great deal to travel. If you enter the ticket gate within the validity period, you can get to your final destination station as long as you don't accidentally exit while transferring.
