First time in Jupiter and one of my best experience in Florida. We are a family of 6 with young children ( 4 to 10). They loved it, the river looks like Jurassic Park and they have seen a lot of fish, bugs, birds, turtles and even a gator.

The tour was great! Unfortunately, we didn't see any alligators on the airboat tour, but that's just something you can't control in the wild. Everything felt very timed; I personally would have liked more time at the site. We didn't have time to order food because the alligator exhibit/show ended around 12:40 pm, and we headed straight back at 1 pm. The lady at the food truck was super friendly and explained that the food would take 15-20 minutes to prepare, as everything was made fresh, and we wouldn't be able to finish it by 1 pm. What was really great, though, was being able to pet a baby alligator and see it up close. Very impressive. My recommendation for the group would be to simply plan an extra 15 minutes so things aren't so rushed.

Had the best day, Captain Jack was so knowledgeable, friendly and really went out of his way to comment and stop where needed. We saw 3 alligators which was truly amazing. Loved the airboat, it is just an incredible feeling being on the air boat. The exhibits are worth the money on its own, huge gators, snakes and just a really special place - totally recommend to everyone

This a great place to for the whole family. You get to learn so many things and also see many wild life in their habitat. There is a 50/50 chance of being to see an alligator but on our airboat ride we got to see 4 which was cool. Also the show and the mini zoo are wonderful. Our tour guide's name was German he was very nice and welcoming gave great insight about the city of Miami and Aldo along the way to the Everglades definitely would like to revisit the place with the whole family and use the big bus service again.

Amazing experience on the seaplane! It lasted 40 minutes and we were lucky enough to see two crocodiles! We included a bottle of water, earplugs, a shirt or hat, and a magnet or keychain with the photo we took before boarding! We also saw several animals in the exhibition area at the end!
