We (adults + 12 year old) spent around 4.5 hours at the zoo and definitely enjoyed it!The only issue we found was that even though the zoo is open until 6.30pm, all the restaurants, cafés and gift shop close at 4.30pm.

There were two of us on the entire trip. The other two didn't come. Our guide Jasmin said we would have a wonderful trip where she would serve us completely. She was incredibly knowledgeable, so we left the wonderful trip through Berlin and Potsdam with expanded knowledge and horizons. Jasmin made the trip something special because she had so much on her mind. Thank you for that.
