Optimis the guide was nice and communicative. Very friendly and kind. Demonstrated extensive knowledge of the history of the city and the place. Since it was just my wife and I in the group, we received very personal and kind treatment. We really enjoyed it. Big shout out to Optimis

Dina was amazing! Such an engaging tour guide and very knowledgeable. Lots of walking which was nice to burn off all the calories. We were able to try so many of the local delicacies and it was much more food than we expected! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to explore the city by foot and gain a true experience from a local.

The guide was great! We really enjoyed the tour. We liked everything we tested. There were nice people in the group, we rate the whole thing as a pleasant experience. We wanted the guide to give us tips on where to go for a good meal. The restaurant he recommended for dinner was great, we really enjoyed the food there. We also went for semifredo desserts, the trip took 20 minutes just for this purpose, but it was worth it! Excellent! And before leaving, we also stopped for bugatza - both savory and sweet are really delicious in this family-run establishment. Thank you for a great experience. Marcela and Ales, Czech Republic

Reviews: Thessaloniki: Scavenger Hunt of the gods

I did my tour on a very rainy day, despite the weather I had a great time due to my wonderful guide Evdokia. I've been on multiple tours in different countries and the ones that stand out are the ones where the guides are truly passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. Evdokia was both of these, and a wonderful storyteller, and I found myself holding on to every single word. Thessaloniki is a beautiful city with a rich history and a tour like this is a wonderful way to see a the city and listen to engaging myths and legends :))

During the tour you are able to know about the history or the city while visiting main Roman remains and relevant churches, as well as also talking about how is the city today. I really enjoyed the tour.
