Hello! Thanks to guides Kwak Chang-sik and Woo Sang-deok, we had a wonderful and enjoyable trip with three generations of our family. I booked this tour with mixed feelings of worry and anticipation since my parents and children were with us, but I think it was the best decision I made during our Fukuoka trip. My parents must have enjoyed it too; even on the flight back home, they expressed their satisfaction, saying the bus tour course was great and the guides were so kind. My 9-year-old daughter really loved it, saying the guide was so sweet and kind, and my 11-year-old son, seeing how fluently the guide communicated in Japanese, English, and Korean, said, "Mom, seeing you made me realize why I need to study English hard too. Guide Kang Byeong-beom was the best guide I have ever met and was perfect in every way. Even before we gathered, he kindly answered every single question. He was meticulous in taking care of things, contacting us in advance and confirming if we were even a minute late. Once we met, he shared stories about history, culture, and experiences during every travel time. He highlighted the points we shouldn't miss at every location and consistently paid attention to ensure we didn't lose interest in the trip, even when he was busy and pressed for time. At the same time, he guided us well by highlighting must-do events, photo spots, and places to visit, ensuring we had no regrets or disappointments. He also organized the schedule very well. Despite the hot and humid weather in Fukuoka, our guide was kind and helpful until the very end, making the trip truly enjoyable. In particular, the bus was cool, allowing us to tour the African Safari comfortably. It was fascinating and fun to observe the animals up close from inside the bus. Thanks to you, I made many wonderful memories. I highly recommend Guide Lee Hyang-yong!

Overall, it was good, but the only downside was that our group members taking the Yufuin train had to walk 20-25 minutes to the station in this hot weather, which was very unsatisfactory. There was also a pregnant woman in our group; the driver could have easily taken them to the station, and they could have taken the train themselves.

If you are looking for a tour in Yufuin, be sure to book Guide Kang Chun-hwa's tour! She pointed out the best photo spots at every attraction and took pictures of us with great care, so we managed to get a lot of beautiful photos. Also, the local restaurants and cafes she recommended were so successful that everyone in our group was satisfied. Kindness was a given, and thanks to her guidance packed with useful information, it was a fulfilling tour that was well worth every penny. It was a great trip, much more convenient than taking the JR train myself. The driver, Xiao Jiang, was very nice and welcoming, and even offered us tea. Since we couldn't book the zoo bus, they drove us around. The zoo is great for kids, Jinling Lake is beautiful, and we had some more time to explore and eat.
